    With all of the sitting that we are doing these days it is easy to get caught in bad sitting postures which then cause us to have poor standing posture as well! Do you often find yourself hunched over the keyboard, face inches away from the computer screen with your shoulders so close together in the front that they could almost touch each other?     One of the easiest things that you can do right now to improve your posture is to get up out of that chair! By frequently moving around throughout the day you aren’t allowing your body to get stuck in one position for too long.
